Our paths were meant to cross. It's as simple and as complicated as that. When the originators of the organization first met, each of us were restless and on the hunt for something new. No one quite knew what or where to start. At the same time, our individual measures of success were changing. We had already exceeded our own expectations, only to find the things we once aimed for were no longer at the top of our list - or made us all that happy.

Surely we are not alone we thought. We are not so different from you.

 

That's right, YOU! The forever overachiever ready to take the world on again, but this time on your own terms. Terms that finally say to others:

RSP Lead Voices are accomplished, “been there, done that” women who serve as trusted guides and strategic partners. These leaders sign on for a one-year term to actively influence RSP’ strategy and shape its evolution. They bring their experience, voice, and advice—not from the sidelines, but through hands-on participation in experiences and bi-weekly strategy meetings throughout the year.

Lead Voices play a pivotal role in guiding women on their change journeys and ensuring the entire community stays accountable to its goals. They are builders and contributors who help develop new ideas, advocate for the needs of RSPers, and foster the bold, unapologetic action that defines RSP. With them at the helm, RSP remains a dynamic space where progress isn’t just discussed—it’s made.
